libhttp-proxy-perl software package provides pure Perl HTTP proxy, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libhttp-proxy-perl
libhttp-proxy-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libhttp-proxy-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libhttp-proxy-perl *
You will get with libhttp-proxy-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
